عندما يصبح من الضروري في سياق الأحداث البشرية أن يقوم شخص ما بعكس الأدوار والمسؤوليات التي تربطهم بهذه الكلبتوككستؤوكلوقراطية ، لتولي سلطتهم الشرعية على أرضهم ، ودورهم و المسؤوليات التي تخولها لها قوانين الطبيعة وإله الطبيعة ، فإن الاحترام اللائق لآراء البشرية يتطلب أن يعلنوا الأسباب التي تدفعهم إلى التغيير٠ نتمسك بهذه الحقائق بكونها بديهية أن جميع المواطنين خلقوا متساوين ، وهبهم خالقهم ، ودستورهم ببعض الحقوق غير القابلة للتصرف ، من بينها الحياة والحرية والسعي وراء السعادة. - وذلك لضمان هذه الحقوق ، يتم تشكيل الحكومات من المدنيين ، وتستمد سلطاتها العادلة من موافقة الشعب - أنه كلما أصبحت أي سلطة مدنية أو أي غير مدنية مدمرة لهذه الغايات ، فمن حق الشعب أن يلغيها جميًعا ، وأن توضع جمهورية جديدة ، تضع أسسها على مثل هذه المبادئ وتنظم سلطاتها في مثل هذا الشكل ، من المرجح أن تحقق حريتهم وصحتهم وثروتهم وسلامتهم وسعادتهم. والواقع أن الحكمة ستملي عدم تغيير الأنظمة السياسية الراسخة لفترة طويلة لأسباب خفيفة وعابرة. وبناًء على ذلك ، فإن كل التجارب قد أظهرت ، أن البشرية أكثر استعدادا للمعاناة ، من تصحيح نفسها من خلال إلغاء الأشكال التي اعتادوا عليها. ولكن عندما يُظهر قطار طويل من الانتهاكات والاغتصاب ، والتعرض لنفس ، تصمي ًما لتقليلها في ظل الاستبداد المطلق ، فمن حقهم ، ومن واجبهم ، التخلص من هذا النظام ، وتوفير حراس جدد لأمنهم المستقبلي - لقد كان هذا هو معاناة المواطن الجزائري في ظل هذه العصابات ، وهذه هي الضرورة التي تجبره على تغيير أنظمة حكمه السابقة. إن تاريخ العشائر الحالية لهذا النظام هو تاريخ من الجرائم المتكررة والخيانات والفشل والاغتصاب ، وكلها لها هدف مباشر في إنشاء استبداد مطلق على مواطنيها. لإثبات ذلك ، دع الحقائق تُقدم إلى عالم صريح٠ لقد سمحوا له بممارسة حقه غير القابل للتصرف في الانتخاب في مختلف المسخرات ٠ ً الانتخابية ، ولكن ليس في انتخابات حقيقية أبدا لقد أجبروه على الخضوع للقوانين ، التي لا صوت له في تشكيلها ، والتي لن يخضعو. ً لها أبدا لقد أنشؤوا له أفضل نظام رعاية صحية في القارة في أقل من ستة أشهر ، ومع ذلك ما يزالوا يذهبون إلى المستشفيات الفرنسية لإجراء فحص روتيني بسيط. قالوا له إنهم لا يستطيعون استيراد الأدوية لعلاج سرطانه ، لأنه لا يوجد مال كاف ، لكن لديهم المال لرشوة مختلف اللوبيات و الصحفيين . ليس لديهم مشكلة في تسوية ديون عشرات الدول الأفريقية. وفي الوقت نفسه ، تزداد الميزانية العسكرية أو بصفة ادق هي تتضخم . وهي تقترب حالًيا من اثني عشر مليار دولار أي أكثر من ربع ميزانية الدولة٠ لقد قتلوا فيه أسوأ شيء يمكن لاي شخص ما أن يقتله في إنسان ، وهو الأمل ، تسببوا في غرقه بعد محاولته العبور إلى الضفةالشمالية من البحر الأبيض المتوسط. أخبروه أن يصوت ، لكنهم عرقلوا ممثليه الثلاثة الوحيدين الحقيقيين في المسخرة الانتخابية الأخيرة ، أحدهم في السجن حتى يومنا هذا٠ .على مدى السنوات الخمسين الماضية ، كانوا يخبرونه أن بلاده في حالة تنمية اقتصادية ، ربما كانوا يقصدون بذلك استثماراتهم الأجنبية وأصولهم وحساباتهم الخارجية ، بدلاً من النمو الاقتصادي للبلاد. أخبروه أنه من اسعد الشعوب في العالم ، ربما قصدوا بذلك ، ابنائهم الذين ينتمون إلى نادي الصنوبر ، وينفقون المال العام ببذخ في العواصم الغربية٠ في أعينهم. ً .إذا كان يعتبر مواطن في نظر القانون ، فقد جعلوه عبدا لقد سلبو كل احلامه في امتلاك منزل لأنهم أعاقوا جميع الطرق القانونية لكسب أجر لائق٠ رفضوا منحه اعتماد أو تصريحًا قانونًيا لانشاء حزبه وتنظيمه السياسيين. ومع ذلك ، ما زالوا يتهمونه برفض الحوار وطلب المستحيل ، وهو التغيير الجذري٠. قالوا له أن يذهب إلى المحكمة لحماية حقه في محاكمات صورية عندما يسمع رنين هاتف القاضي أكثر من ضربات المطرقة خلال الجلسة٠ ، لكن جواز سفره يظل يثبت له خلاف ذلك٠ .قالوا له أن يفتخر بكونه جزائرياً لقد أرعبوه في التسعينات وسفكوا دمه ، وخدعوه في مخادعة وطنية. ما كان يجب عليهم فعله بدلاً من ذلك ، هو طلب الصفح منه أوطلب محاكمته لهم٠ قاموا بعزله عن بقية العالم كما حدث لشعب كوريا الشمالية لأنه لن يأتي أي سائح إلى أرضه ، ولا يمكنه السفر بحرية مثل بقية العالم٠ علموه أنه لا يستطيع التقدم او النجاح إلا من خلال التملق والمديح ، بدلاً من بذل الجهد والابتكار ونفع المجتمع٠ لقد وصفوه بالخائ ًن، لكنهم هم الخونة ، و هم الذين سعوا دائ ًما للحصول على موافقة الخارج بينما كان ينبغي عليهم البحث عنها من الداخل ، وتخلو عن سلطة البلاد من اجل سلطتهم٠ و لزيادة الطين بلة،فهم سيتحدثون بأي لغة أجنبية غير لغتهم الام ، في جميع خرجاتهم الرسمية. ومع ذلك ، دعونا لا نقفز بسرعة إلى الاستنتاجات ، ربما كنا مخطئين ، وربما ، في النهاية ، كانو فعلا يتحدثون لغتهم الأم، امهم فرونسواز٠ في كل مرحلة من هدا الاضطهاد ، طلبنا بشكل سلمي الانصات وتدارك الاخطاء, لم تتم الاستجابة لمطالبنا المتكررة إلا من خلال التجريح المتكرر والعنف والإقصاء والمزيد من الخيانة. إن النظام الذي لا يستطيع اتخاذ قرارات بحرية واستقلالية من أجل مواطنيه حتما هو لشعب حر.محاولات النظام المتكررة لتقسيم الحراك غير كفؤ او صالح ليكون حاكماً تجعلنا نؤكد بحزم ووضوح أن الحراك ليس له أيديولوجية ، إذا كان النظام أيديولوجياً يقصد بذلك ، الأفكار أو المثل التي تشكل أساس العرق أو اللغة أو الدين أو الثقافة. ومع ذلك ، إذا كان يقصد بالإيديولوجيا ، بتلك المبادئ أو الاسس العامة التي ستناقش الأيديولوجيات الاقتصادية والسياسية المختلفة أفكارها بطريقة ديمقراطية في جمهورية حرة من خلال اقتراع الناخب ، فان يمكن للنظام أن يطمئن إلى أن هذه الايدولوجيات عددها لا متناهي. المواطن الحر سيشجع الازدهار في حين أن النظام كان و مازال يشجع الرداءة. سيحرص ايضا على أن يسمع صوت المطرقة وصوت القاضي النزيه داخل قاعة المحكمة. سيعيد الأمل بعد أن سلبه النظام منه. سوف يتأكد من أن لديه خيار بالركض وراء أحلامه وتحقيق أهدافه في بلاده إذا اراد ذلك ،بعدد أن النظام أجبره على الهجرة ليكن له اي فرصة للنجاح. سيعطي معنى وأهمية لحياته بعد أن أعطاه النظام العدم وعدم الأهمية٠ .لذا ، نحن أعضاء الحراك الاحرار، باسم وسلطة الشعب الحر الذي ينتمي لهذا العملاق النائم ، ننشر ونعلن رسمًيا أن الشعب الجزائري له الحق في تحقيق مصيره ، وأن أي ارتباط سياسي بين هذا النظام والمواطن الجزائري يجب حله على الفور.سوف نستخدم كل أداة سلمية في حوزتنا لتحقيق أهدافنا ، لذا ندعو كل مواطن جزائري حر لبناء جمهورية احرار من طرف الاحرار و من اجل الاحرار على خطى أمثال حسين آيت أحمد ، كريم بلقاسم ، محمد بوضياف ، حسين آيت أحمد ، معطوب لوناس ، حسيبة بن بوعلي ، والعديد م ن الأبطال الآخرين ، نتعهد بالولاء غير المشروط ودعمنا الدؤوب لهذه القضية العادلة والنبيلة.

DECLARATION OF THE FIFTH OF JULY

When in the course of human events, it becomes necessary for one people to reverse the roles and responsibilities attaching them to the klepto-kakisto-ochlo-cracy, to assume their rightful power on their earth, the role and responsibilities to which the Laws of Nature and of Nature's God entitle them, a decent respect to the opinions of humankind requires that they should declare the causes which impel them to the change. We hold these truths to be self-evident that all citizens are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator, and constitution with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.–That to secure these rights, Governments are instituted among civilians, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, –That whenever any civilian or no civilian authority becomes destructive of these ends, it is the Right of the People to make them all abolished, and to institute a new republic, laying its foundation on such principles and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their freedom, health, wealth, Safety, and Happiness. Prudence, indeed, will dictate that political regimes long established should not be changed for light and transient causes. And Accordingly, all experience hath shewn, that humankind is more disposed to suffer, while evils are sufferable, than to right themselves by abolishing the forms to which they are accustomed. But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such regime, and to provide new Guards for their future security. and such is now the necessity which constrains him to alter his former Systems of Government. The history of the present clans of this regime is a history of repeated crimes, treasons, failures, and usurpations, all having in direct object the establishment of an absolute Tyranny over their citizens. To prove this, let Facts be submitted to a candid world. They have permitted him to exercise his inalienable right to the elective franchise in different masquerades, but never in real elections. They have compelled him to submit to laws, in the formation in which he has no voice, and to which they will never submit. They have built for him the best health care system on the continent in less than six months, yet, they still go to the French hospitals for a simple routine check-up. They told him that they cannot import medication to treat his cancer, because there is no money, yet they have money to bribe different lobbyists and journalists. They have no problem clearing the debt of a dozen African countries; at the same time, the military budget is increasing or more precisely is inflating. It is currently approaching twelve billion dollars, more than the quarter of the entire budget spending. They killed in him the worst thing somebody can kill in a human being, which is hope, and got him drawn after trying to cross to the northern side of the Mediterranean sea. They told him to vote, yet they prosecuted his three only genuine representants in the last masquerade, one of them is in jail to this day. For the last fifty years, they have been telling him that his country is in economic development, maybe they meant by that, their foreign investments, assets and offshore accounts, instead of the country's economic growth. They told him that he belongs to one of the happiest countries in the world, maybe they meant by that, their kids who belong to the Club des pins, and are spending lavishly public money in western capitals. If a citizen in the eyes of the law, they have made him a slave in their own eyes. They have taken all right in property from him because they have hindered all legal means to earn decent wages. They refused to provide him a permit or legal authorization to start and operate his political party and organization. However, they still accuse him of refusing talks and asking too much, which is a radical change. They told him to go to court to protect his right in mock trials when he hears a judge's cell phone rings more than the gavel hits during a session. They told him to be proud of being Algerian, but his passport keeps proving him otherwise. They terrorized him back in the nineties and shed his blood, and they tricked him into a reconciliation masquerade. What they should have done instead is, ask him for his forgiveness or his punishment to them. They segregated him from the rest of the world like it was done to the North Korean people because no tourist would come to his land, nor can he travel freely like the rest of the world. They taught him that he could advance and get rewarded only by fawning and being obsequious, instead of spending effort, innovating, and producing value to the community. They called him a traitor, but they are the real traitors, they always sought to gain approval from the outside while they should have been seeking it from the inside, gave away the country's power for their own power. The icing on the cake is that they will speak any foreign language but their national ones, in all of their official meetings or conferences. Nevertheless, let us not jump quickly to conclusions, Maybe we were wrong, and perhaps, in the end, they were speaking their true native language. In every stage of these oppressions, We have peacefully asked for Redress in the most peaceful ways: Our repeated demands have been answered only by repeated injury, violence, exclusion, and more treason. A regime that cannot make freely and independently decisions for the sake of its citizens is unfit to be the ruler of a free people. The regime's repetitive attempts to divide the Hirak ideologically make us state firmly and clearly that the Hirak has no ideology, If he means by that, the ideas or ideals that form the basis of ethnicity, language, religion, or culture. However, if he means by ideology, the general principles or attributes on which different economic and political ideologies will debate their ideas democratically in the free republic through voter's ballot, the regime can rest assured that they are infinite. The free citizen will encourage prosperity while the regime has encouraged mediocrity. he will make sure that only the sound of a gavel hit and the voice of an honest judge would be heard inside a courtroom. He will give himself back hope after the regime has taken it from him. He will make sure he has the option to follow his dreams and realize his goals in his country if he chooses to, while the regime has forced him to exile to have the slightest chance of success. He will give meaning and significance to his life after the regime has given it nothingness and insignificance. We, therefore, the leaderless members of the Hirak, do in the name, and by the authority of the free people of this sleeping giant nation, solemnly publish and declare that the Algerian people have the right to be free, and that any political connection or tie between this regime and the Algerian citizen to be dissolved immediately.We will use every peaceful instrument within our power to reach our objectives, so we invite every free Algerian citizen to build a republic of the free, by the free, for the free. Following the footsteps of the likes of Houcine Ait Ahmed, Krim Belkacem, Mohamed Boudiaf, Houcine Ait Ahmed, Matoub Lounes, Hasiba Ben Bouali, and many other heroes, we pledge our unconditional allegiance and relentless support to this just and noble cause.
