Trying to get something together to enforce shot clock use in Iowa High School Basketball. More states are enforcing this, and it is better for the players/coaches, the game and the fans. Hoping to get enough signatures to bring this issue in front of the Iowa HS Athletic Association.

Shot Clocks mounted on top of backboard $8,000 (with install). Mounted on the wall beside the backboard (in view from all angles) $5,000. Portable shot clocks, with wheeled stands $2,500.

The cost of someone to run the shot clocks at the games, even at $50 per night for the shot clock operator, you're looking at no more than $700 a year.
