Seriously people, my son just got back from deployment and worked hard for 10 months away from his family and sacrifices his life for your country and freedom and don't get paid hardly anything compared to what regular people make for the amount of time they put in. Our military needs to be treated more fairly for what they do. This baby needs to be with its momma too.

Any judge that reduces a custody agreement because a parent is out on deployment should be removed from the bench. If our men and women are going to be punished because they are serving our country, then what our they fighting for?

Not acceptable. Custody should not put a deployed member of the military into a financial position of poverty. That is not in anyone's best interest, including the child.

I would hate for this to be the outcome for any of our military that are out defending our country and support this country for this country court system to show their gratitude by taking time from and financially breaking them to see their own child. What does that show the citizens of the United States? God bless!!!!
