The Clerk manning the window of the Hillside Avenue Post Office in Hillside New Jersey has a history of being rude, arrogant, offensive, and downright nasty to postal patrons for years. Today in particular 6/14/2019 I personally witnessed the 8 people in line before me treated with disrespect and rudeness that made me cringe. When I personally made it to the window for service, I too was met with a nasty unprofessional attitude by this woman at 10:25 am. There was no one else working at the window, so this should be very easy to trace exactly who it was. As a Hillside resident, we not only expect but deserve a professional presence in businesses that we are required to deal with, such as the Postal Service. I am asking that anyone in town who has witnessed this behavior, join me in submitting this petition to the USPS.
