In October of 2012, I became obsessed with Smite, a game by HiRez Studios. I used to play daily with clan mates from a few different groups and have made a ton of friends among various members of the community. Since then, I've become much more involved in the competitive scene of the game. Between my work at Turnip eSports and my admining for SmiteCentral, I feel I have contributed a lot to the challengers level of the game and have gotten a good handle on what the community likes and wants in their games and tournaments.

It's because of this experience that I ask for HiRez studios to consider me for a role in either tournament or community management on their upcoming game "Paladins." While I have multiple references that I know would at least interest HiRez, there is no better way to prove your value to the community than having them say they support you being hired for these positions! This petition is only the 1st step in me presenting myself to HiRez. Currently, I am creating a resume to also be submitted to the company, however I want to take my time creating that.

For now, all I ask if that you simply sign this online petition to show your support for my proposition. You may not know me personally, but if I have impacted your experience with Smite positively in any way, I need your support to make an impact. Whether or not this works, it means a lot to me. Either way, thank you all for taking the time to read this and I hope to improve your experience with HiRez games in the coming future to the best of my ability.

Updates

August 7, 2015

The reception to this initiative has been quite encouraging as I refine my professional materials for the recruitment team at HiRez. I am currently reaching out to individuals within my network to ensure my qualifications for the Paladins community management role are presented with complete clarity.

The momentum behind this initiative has grown significantly over the past few days. This level of support provides a strong foundation as I finalize the materials for my formal application to the team at HiRez Studios.

(IGN: Vandalyzed) I've worked, and spoken, with John for the past few weeks due to attending Turnip eSports tournaments. He's a dedicated person and shows great poise when handling issues. Definitely would be an asset.

I have know Lupo for almost 2 years when he first joined my gaming clan and he has helped alot in spreading word in the smite community. He would be a wonderful asset to HiRez with all of his creative ideas as well as management skills that he has picked up over the years. If HiRez does consider him, it will greatly benefit any game that HiRez sponsors.

Lupo managed the team that I was on (Excess esports) last year at the start of season two. I ended up leaving the team to focus more on school, but in the time that I spent with him and the team as a player and a member, he worked very hard on organizing practices, scrimmages, and getting us involved in important tourneys. Most of all, Lupo showed and interest and love for the game and was a hard worker, even spectating and giving advice from a bird's eye view during league matches. I highly reccomend this workaholic nerd.

I've known Lupo for a long time and I have never seen someone so dedicated to his work. He's so passionate about what he does and applies himself. He is always there to listen to people and answer their questions and/or resolve their problems when needed. On top of that, he has an amazing personality. I can't count the number of times he made me laugh or made me feel better after making or saying something dumb. Hope him the best of luck and hope Hirez can see what potential this guy has
