The Proposed Estill Industrial Development does not align with the recently completed Puslinch By Design study, which identified areas best suited to accommodate growth in the township to 2051 and beyond. The location falls outside these designated areas and would negatively impact farmland, the environment, and the rural character of the community.

We call on Wellington County and Township of Puslinch Council to reject the Proposed Estill Industrial Development and uphold the planning direction established in Puslinch By Design.
