As a resident/homeowner for 25 years, I’m deeply concerned about the rapid decline in our community. Residents have no input. The BOD works behind closed doors towards unknown causes. Worst, the HOA mandates from behind an impenetrable, fabled curtain.

We need more transparency from the Board about what's going on in our neighborhood. Technology is available to facilitate this request. If we can do our jobs and go to church via virtual meetings, to be sure we can do the same for an HOA meeting.
