Petition for gender neutral toilets at hills road sixth form

As someone who uses a combination of the toilets it would definitely make a difference just to put a different sign on the door. The urinals would not be affected as this is targeting the new maths block toilets, which we were promised would be gender neutral (which they "forgot" about)

I could be misunderstanding here, but all the toilets have cubicles. There is one difference between toilets: men's have urinals. Removing those would increase queues dramatically, which does not seem a net benefit. This applies only in the Purple area of the college, and the Silver building toilets. The other toilets are only cubicles. The only change would be to remove the Male / Female signs on the doors of the others - again, a seemingly unnecessary change. Can students not simply ignore the signs if they feel restricted by them?

If you mean changing the ones we currently have to gender-neutral, we don't need another example of third-wave feminist virtue-signalling. It would be an absolutely unnecessary motion that would simply be a waste of money that could be better spent literally anywhere but Music Tech. If I wanna get changed in the toilets, I should be completely free to do so. This would be a vacuous solution to a manufactured problem. The weaponisation of false victim-hood by activists who don't know the meaning of responsibility and insist on being offended. You would appear to be vandalists in need of a cause, firebrands searching for a religion. Such a motion would be silly.

There is literally no reason to separate them anyway that's what cubicles are for.

We just need to pee! Also consider: there's always more of a queue for the ladies than for the gents; if all the toilets were gender neutral it would be more efficient. It just makes a lot more sense to have gender neutral toilets and the only thing you'd have to do is change the signs on the doors.
