MSW charging have long-term impact on our life and also to sustainable development of Hong Kong. Food Grace encourages waste reduction at source, and believes that everyone should cherish resources and should not waste any food. So, it is extremely important to respond to this consultation

都市固體廢物收費對香港人的生活及我們社會的可持續發展有長遠的影響，而且我們鼓勵源頭減廢，認同每人應該珍惜資源及「食得唔好嘥」，所以回應這項咨詢是極之重要的。

我們認為垃圾徵費應該：

1. With proper recycling facilities set in all communities, e agree MSW charging in quantity-based and in household level. We support a certain threshold for waste disposal under which no MSW charge shall be charged and even be rewarded.在政府有妥善配套下，我們同意應該「污者自負」，即以每戶計按量收費，而亦要為低垃圾量戶減費，在特定低垃圾量下免費就更好。

2. Commercial and industrial wastes should also be charged by quantity. However, donation of food wastes should also pay for transportation and handling fees.大量棄置食物亦應按量繳費，捐贈棄置食物也理應付運輸及處理費。
