Yes I am a guy but at times, I would run out of clean clothes so I have to go to my smaller clothes. I would just rather put on my shirt with no sleeves.

Dress code is a huge problem around the US. In my school, we are being sent home or forced to wear the bands uniforms if our pants are too tight or too much skin is showing. If they see a bra, they give you a band windsuit. Guys though don't have a problem with anything. They walk in cutoffs and ripped jeans, but if I wanted to do the same, I get sent home. Another thing is when I dyed my hair purple, dark purple, I was called to the office and asked to dye it back to a more natural color. When I said no, they asked if I thought I was being appropriate, but the day before a boy in the grade above me dyed his bright blue. It isn't fair how the girls get treated compared to the boys. Yes, they really are childish, but I'm positive they can control themselves if they see my bra.

I would like to point out that the schools says the dress code is in place so we can learn to dress "professional", but teachers of the school, such as Ms. McCarthy and Mrs. Eshbach, wear tank tops/sleeveless shirts fairly often and show off their shoulders. If the teachers of the school can do that and still be considered professional, students should also be able to dress the same way.

Hate not being able to wear leggings and ripped jeans. It's not my fault boys like to stare at your butt if you wear leggings. It's not fair that we can't wear ripped jeans. Like oh well if it shows skin. I hate how we can't wear tops that shows your bra. Like yes I wear a bra

I don't think its fair that apparently we can't wear ripped jeans and have straps showing because its apparently "showing too much" yet guys repeatedly sag their pants and even with a warning they don't stop but if girls wear something wrong we get sent to the office.

If a guy can wear a crop top and have half of his sides showing so can I.

I rarely see guys getting busted for dresscodd, but once my brastrap is showing I get put in ISS until someone is able to bring me a more "appropriate" shirt. That is taking time out of my school day and my education because my bra strap is considered a "distraction" if boys can control themselves outside of school, they can control themselves inside of school too. WOMAN ARE NOT OBJECTS. What a surprise that me, a girl, is wearing a bra.

I think we should change dress code . because we should be able to wear what we want not what others want.
