We were promised by MDDC Planning that Greenhouse Gardens would NOT be used for access. It would seem that, is no longer true!

Strongly object on the grounds of access through Greenhouse Gardens being totally unsuitable for use by heavy vehicles and additional cars, on an already over used road.

The roads of Culm Lea, River Drive and Greenhouse Gardens are not suitable for construction vehicles to use, either by their width or road surface type (brick). Devonshire Homes when they constructed the road in Greenhouse Gardens openly stated to the local residents that the brick surface was only suitable for light vehicles and NOT construction vehicles!!!!

Access during the construction phase should 100% be via the lane opposite Mole Valley and not through the existing Greenhouse Gardens.

Not happy for all the goods traffic for our road and children’s safety.

There are often many cars parked at the kerbside of roads on this estate. Like most modern housing developments, parking areas are insufficient. Poor provision has been made for the many households who, by necessity, own more than one vehicle. Using this estate as an access route to 40+ more properties is ludicrous.

This will cause more traffic footfall around the neighbourhood and the traffic going out onto the main road , more vehicles will be in the way for original residents or their guests , children and animals won’t be safe and roads will be ruined which could lead to more disruption.

Living on the estate this would cause such stress on a road which is already crammed and what condition will it be left with. Why

This road has been completed who's going to cover the cost of the damage afterwards , the road being used will become a nuisance to the neighbourhood , young and old and animals as well .

This is not practical for the additional through traffic and will be dangerous

Leave the greenhouses alone. Make it a garden business. We don't need more houses on our green spaces

Complete lack of infrastructure for the proposed route to be practical. Potential for Significant damage will be caused to the road, the cars parked on it and also potential for injury to the people who use existing estate everyday
