Give us a choice. Increase the premiums for those who choose the more expensive insurance provider. Doing this won't cost GovGuam any additional fees. For some of us, we need more, and paying more is a better option. We should have the right to choose.

We should be given a choice and ample time to see the coverage. As September 30, 2019 do NOT give us enough time. The committee for health insurance coverage and govenor should allow the employees to have at least three-choices of the coverage that is needed.
