Petition for choices of health insurance for the Government of Guam Employees and Retirees

She maybe the Governor, but I feel as if she's clueless in every situation. Keep the Selectcare! Make people choose their own healthcare provider.

I recently retired and enrolled in Selectcare. I went back to teaching at GDOE and had to withdraw my insurance coverage, so that I could enroll in my current plan as an active employee with Selectcare. I am thoroughly disappointed that I must CHANGE my insurance carrier AGAIN! I am also disappointed in that I have no CHOICE as to who my insurance carrier is!

GovGuam employees should've had some input regarding the health insurance issue, rather then the Governor choosing for us.

Freedom of choice for health insurance carriers is vital.

What is going to happen to the patients who receive specialty drugs from the Global City Hospital from the Philippines?

We need choice. The government decision to award just one carrier is unfair.

We need on-island insurance!

Selectcare has been very good in meeting my medical needs. It is good to have a local entity to personally answer guestions and make necessary arrangements for my off-island medical needs.
