My main concern is about continuity of service. Healthcare is a matter of life or death for some folks. Not one size fits all.

Please give my family the right to be able to choose the plan that has worked best for us. We have been very happy with our current provider, SelectCare, and would like to be able to keep them as our provider.

We need choice. Cheapest is not necessarily the best. This policy of using the cheapest may result in more out of pocket expense for the insured. The s could mean the average person is only one illness away from bankruptcy. NetCare denied my sister in law’s health coverage just before she was being rolled into surgery and after Netcare agreed to cover her surgery. This is why I’m signing this petition.

I am happy with my doctors and service of Dalvo’s Selectcare. A new insurance company will only complicate getting service especially when the hospital is in the Philippines.

I don’t think it was fair that a new insurance carrier was decided without any input from Gov’t Guam Employees and retirees. Those affected by this change should have had some say in the decision.

It's been 18yrs with Calvo's SelectcCare why change something that's not broken. You do not need to go College to figure this out it's all common sense and Politics offcourse never changes.

I’m both saddened and irritated by this news. Having no options for my healthcare coverage is not what I’m used to since I’ve been in the GDOE school system for almost 10 years. The fact I have no selection or comparison of which insurance caters to/fits my needs health wise is truly disheartening. SelectCare has benefited and helped so many people in GovGuam.
