We the undersigned seek to change public Law 34-83 and allow the Government of Guam Employees, Retirees, and Survivors to be given the freedom of choice for Health Insurance Carriers. We also request the Guam Legislature to repeal and replace public Law 34-83 and for the Governor of Guam to sign such replacement.
