HOA forcing homeowner to choose between losing her home or her MFA education.

This is a situation where youguys are very wrong in your decision. Star ads so much to this community and to block her blessing [email protected] while she continues to add to youguys is mind boggling. Please reconsider your decision so that you guys will continue being reflected in a good light through her as always up until now and that she has a great place to still reside...

Star is an amazing, gifted and talented induvidual. Through hard work, diligence, and dedication she has earned the privilege of attending one of the most prestigious film schools in the country. Denying her the opportunity to fulfill her destiny and attain her dreams is shameful. This cannot occurr. Surely, a peaceable resolution can be reached with all parties involved. After all, with hard work nothing is impossible. Just ask Star.

It is, sad thing is they just wont grant me the hardship even though I gave them my admittance certificate. And they wont tell me why I didn't get accepted for the hardship. SMH.

This is simply ridiculous.

This HOA board needs to be dissolved of it's current members for sure! Craziness!

Going back to school to better your career and make yourself more marketable in the workforce should be covered under the hardship clause.

Most HOA's are run by some resident who has nothing else to do. The hardship seems legitimate.

If the HOA guidelines state that she can rent in the case of going to school out of state than why was she denied??? Go to court if this is the case the HOA can't win anyway.

I am Star's older sister and I believe in everything she is doing and support her chooses . She has worked hard to get into this collage and should be able to go and not worry about the added expense of paying her mortgage when there is someone willing to do it by renting her condo .

The fact that they won't give you an explanation shows to me that they are hiding something.
