The purpose of this position is to inform others about the wrong doings of managements such as unauthorized entry into the tenants home with the intent to conspire and harass tenants with items found to impose an unlawful dispossessory. Therefore, making it impossible for tenants to obtain a record of residency and good standing. I wish to put a stop of all residential property management companies from misusing their authority with unprofessionalism, malice intent and outrageous conduct by the Landlord. This is an ongoing issue with several property management companies and corporations. We believe this needs to be stopped, and according to Georgia landlord tenant law, you have rights.
