James is now in TDCJ WITH 17 YEARS ADDED TO HIS ORIGINAL DISCHARGE DATE. THATS RIGHT THE PRISON ADDED MORE TIME. THIS IS ILLEGAL AND UNCONSTITUTIONAL. ONCE YOU'RE AN INMATE NO ONE CARES ABOUT TOUR RIGHTS AS A HUMAN. JAMES'S CIVIL RIGHTS ARE BEING VIOLATED. HE IS A NEW MAN WHO DID NOT BREAK THE LAW FOR 26 YEARS SINCE HIS LAST ARREST. NOT EVEN A TICKET. PLEASE HELP MY FRIEND!!

James has been a fine example of how the system should work. He is trying to contribute to society in a positive way when the odds have not always been in his favor. I believe he is really trying to be a good citizen and contribute something positive to society and deserves another chance. The wrong meds can make people do things they wouldn't normally do, I have experienced this first hand with a family member myself.

I knew him "back then" there were a lot of extenuating circumstances that put him in this sad state, I know he is better I knew he was better. He can over come with. Support and he has done so, let him be the man he is.

James worked for me building power lines for 3 years and became a very good friend of mine in that time. James is a very big hearted person and would give the shirt off his back to help anyone he could.
