I take my registered Therapy dog to the nursing home. He is a great comfort to them and lots of smiles while he is there. The staff loves him too!! If this dog is a registered Therapy dog he should be allowed. Great for the students and he is owned by a responsible person it seems. What is the problem?? Also one of the safest breeds as far as problems. Most Huskies are lovers of all!!!

For heaven's sake, she's certified for therapy. Obviously, there have been no problems. Let her come back!

I would have been less anxious having a pup like Ivy around when I was in college, away from home for the first time!

My son has a therapy dog and I know how beneficial it is to him. I was once a college student who occasionally needed a shoulder or a paw to lean on. This dog is performing a valuable service to the students. Bring her back to school.

For some reason it seems that people in positions of authority think they know what's right for those they reign over but 99% of the time they are wrong and make fools of themselves, destroying their own credibility. It has been proven many times over that a loving animal has a tranquil effect on most people, especially if they are under stress. Why wouldn't you want to have this positive therapy for students and teachers? I can only think it is because you are envious that the dog can calm and relax people so they can perform better and you can't because you do not have the ability that the dog has.

Therapy dogs have proven to bring happiness and peace in people's lives. In a stressful environment such as a college campus, a therapy dog will help students with the pressures of school.

Silly to make the dog stay away when she is a great addition for so many there.

I guess the higher ups cant handle the competition. With a dog of all things. What she getting more attention than you? If Ivy can help keep the stress level and everyday crap at a bare minimum, LET HER STAY. Who has she hurt? NOBODY. All she wants to do is help. So let her.
