The kid is 15 and is in no way shape or form a bad kid. I believe he's innocent and think that it's was a joke that had gone wrong.

I've known Devon for a long time and he's one of the nicest people I know. He obviously did not think before he tweeted but he DOES NOT deserve a felony to haunt him for the rest of his life due to a stupid tweet.

I brought Devon to school everyday in the beginning of the school year and I can honestly say I know this kid like a little brother. He jokes about things all the time but he would never do anything crazy like what he said. What he said was a sarcastic comment and Devon is a sarcastic kid. I hope everyone can see that because he does not deserve what is happening to him. Everyone just take the time to sign the petition so Devon can be okay. Love you like a brother kiddo
