I reside in South Florida. And I applied for Unemployment on 3/28/2020 and have only got 1 payment and no back pay as of yet. I’m a 1099 employee and I only get 125.00 a week I’m not able to survive on that. If you do not extend the benefits. And once again I have not got any 600.00 payments as of yet. I call many times in a day and they said they don’t control those payments they should be to me soon. So I ask of you please help us!!!! I am going to loose everything if I don’t get the help until I find employment. And I’m seeking employment for sure even though the work search is suspended I list my work search because I want to work but I can’t sleep at night worried about rent electric water and car gas food etc.... please help Florida

We the working class people of the state of Florida deserve compensation. This has been an atrocity people are committing suicide because of your lack of compassion and aide during this time.

Why aren't you helping 45,000 Floridians with additional unemployment compensation. Disney is the 2nd largest employer in FL. Why aren't you helping all Floridians with additional unemployment benefits? Why aren't you entering into an agreement with government? We are citizens of this State and yet, we mean nothing to you. I will never vote for you again. Shame on you. Your lack of concern for Floridians is unacceptable!

This is clearly on purpose. The state government hides behind the pretext of high volume and ineptitude. This failure is on purpose.

As a Self-Employed worker, I depend on FDOH clients and health care (hospital) clients in order to make a living. All of my clients have put a freeze on media and social marketing campaigns due to concentrating on essential COVID-19 response. My income is now $0 per month. It is essential to all GIG workers, Small business owners, freelancers and self-employed that assistance be available. And it needs to be IMMEDIATE. Bills are coming due and I've been dormant a month already! Help is urgently needed.
