Demand Federal Government Involvement in the Fight Against Lyme Disease and Co-Infections

please help my mom

I am one of these individuals that is positive for lyme disease and Dr just keep putting me threw loops and it's changed my life past 2 years. But unfortunately I can't give up cause I'm also raising my 2 young boys.

Suffering from Lyme disease for over 2 years

Please we need this it's stolen so many lives

I was bitten in the 80s and affected me then for three years and then kind of went away but now I find out it went into hibernation and then when my immune system dropped it now is hammer me into the ground. I have small fiber neuropathy from the Lyme disease and lately it just hasn't gotten any better

We need help dealing with Chronic Lyme Disease & the co-infections. We’re getting desperate.

I was diagnosed last year and I am still suffering . I believe I have this for for a long Time . On my 3rd time of antibiotics which don’t help and now they make me Sick . I’m lost in what to do

Please help spread more info on how much lyme disease and parasites are ignored by American medical system. I suffer from chronic lyme now because two doctors denied me antibiotics because I didn't have the bulls eye rash like cdc says you must have. There is so much mis-information that ends up destroying lives. Help so that people can get affordable treatment that insurance won't cover, for more research and support. Same thing with parasitic infections. My sister was accused of being crazy and drug seeking by American doctors but did find to have a parasite infection in skin, had to go to Mexico to get help.

Daughter has been fighting chronic lyme for 3 years. 18 months doing IV antibiotics. Was bedridden before fighting for 3 years to get a correct diagnosis. Please bring this awful disease to the forefront of the medical community so we can get the funding to eradicate this terrible life altering and fatal disease.

It’s time Insurance companies cover Lyme, and stop ignoring it. There are other people with other diseases and people with Lyme should be treated with the same dignity.

Diagnosed, ignored, sick of it

As a spouse of a sufferer it’s insane the cost and denial of the disease from Western medicine which I thought was to do no harm. Moreover, the costs that insurance doesn’t cover. So many men, woman, and children suffer from. Please help and be a voice and advocate!

My daughter was infected at 2.5 and misdiagnosed. Its taken a year and a half and several thousands of dollars to get her life back. The lack of insurance coverage and lack of education in the medical profession has crippled millions!

I know many people who have suffered from chronic Lyme disease and agree that something needs to be done to treat and prevent it. It drastically diminishes quality of life.

Undiagnosed Lyme 4plus years. Chronic Lyme for 25 years. Age 36 now with three auto immune diseases and an immune disorder. I’m living and adapting and blessed with the quality of life I do have.

This disease needs more funding
