It will be good for Florida and won't cost my neighbor. (There are productions that are set here! Let's not let them be made elsewhere like for instance CSI Miami. )

Do your best in the special session of the Florida Legislature to pass the film incentives bill to bring back production of movies, TV shows and music videos back to the Sunshine State. The film and television industry in Florida is just as important as the tourism industry and of course, Florida's famed citrus industry. Please pass the film incentives bill in the special session this time around for all Floridians.

Coming from Savannah GA and seeing first hand the positive effect and trickle down impact that film, TV, Digital and Advertising makes on a community - especially tourism - you are crazy not to invest for an enormous ROI in as little as 3 years but for a generation to come.

Please support the film industry. I have been making my living in the film industry since the Miami Vice days. There's nothing else I'd rather work at. Please don't disappoint the many thousands of Floridians who benefit from the film business.

Please include the film, TV and digital media investment program language for the Senate;s Economic Development Package (SB 1214). It is important to continue, and develop the film and media production industry in Florida and not lose the financial rewards essential to so many of Florida's citizens.

The benefit of the TV and Films being held in Florida go beyond the jobs in those industries,but are a way to promote the state to tourists and investors, creating jobs in many other industries...
