The film and media industry needs your support. provides jobs across the state and any film shot in Florida provides National and International adverstising for our Toursism industry and more people want to vacation and live here. and thenwe need more schools more teachers more restauants more....you get the picture...its more than the circle of life its the...ECONOMY!!

Florida should be the center for film and television production in this country. The state offers all that a production company could hope for... and production would provide jobs/revenue for the many Floridians feeling the ill effects of our current sluggish economy.

I have been a wiling actor for over 15 years. The amount of people hired to work on a single commercial is at least 15 people. The impact of filming a show or a movie would be a tremendous opportunity for so many people. I as that you please consider the tax incentive. We lose so many opportunities to other states who have incentives - it makes staying in Orlando that much harder. Georgia has had so much success with their incentive that they are increasing it. The film industry left for Georgia. Support your Florida constituents and try to bring some film jobs back to Florida.

My daughter is an actor living in California, but would love to do a movie in Florida where she and her husband grew up.

Please create jobs for Florida in the Entertainment industry through incentives to attract the billions of dollars in lost revenue to Louisiana and Georgia.
