Our industry is now dependent on incentives to survive. We have seen a drop off in production in the last several years. I own 3 industry companies, and without productions, I can't hire as many people.

bring film & TV production back to Florida, show GA, NC & LA we can offer better incentives. Keep our actors & crew working in our own state.

Get this done! We elected you to serve the people not your special interests. This state feeds off the entertainment and tourist industry, so quit trying to fool yourselves into think Florida can subsist on anything else!

This legislation/funding is critical to Florida's economic recovery, both by protecting film industry jobs and spending in filming locations and preventing these talented people from having to leave the State, and showcasing Florida as a wonderful place to live and work. The Netflix show Bloodline being filmed in the Florida Keys is a wonderful case in point, and we really want to keep these kinds of projects in Florida! Please support this funding!

I think it would be great to bring the film industry down here because it would bring a lot of jobs and people will be able to live down here and stay here and not move anywhere else.

My name is George Taylor, Jr. I am the studio chairman and CEO of Sunshine Garden Industries. My ultimate goal is to develop motion picture, television, music videos, and stage plays in Florida. I moved to Orlando for a reason, to not only receive great film incentive, but to continue to show other states like my home state of GA (where they are getting a great film incentive program) that the Sunshine State is thriving with artistic and creative people. I could stay in Georgia to create the business, but my heart is with Florida.

I am a member of screen actors guild in Florida and I am highly considering returning on a full time basis to Florida. This insentive will allow more work possible and bring back acting and crew members as that have left with their monies out of State. Someone like me needs to see that Florida is proactive in the film industry to return full time. I hope this is possible for the industry in Florida for the near future .. Thank You

The entertainment industry provides work for youth, seniors, and all in between. Your support is needed to make this happen.

If it doesn't pass you are going to have addition workers and business leave to neighboring GA where their offices all support the film incentive!
