The Friday night schedule should have a 9.30
Boat to allow the working crew and opportunity
to stay longer

A more accessible ferry service through late October is important, if only because days are shortening and I have to make the most of the daylight hours, and waiting for ferries that come far apart is a real problem.

The petition is clear regarding the reasons for requesting a better schedule through October. In addition, at the same time that we understand that the ferry service is an economic venture, it is also a monopolistic service for which we have no alternatives. Accordingly, we would hope that the operators of the ferry balance the excessive demand (and revenues achieved) from the peak summer schedule with the needs of the people who sustain this community in the long term by increasing shoulder season service. The happiness of these homeowners affect the long term economic viability of the ferry too. Thank you.

The Early and late Ferry schedule should be adjusted with more boats. We would be able to use the house more Often and would keep the island open for a longer season.

To me this only seems fair to allow people to get to and from their home instead of limiting it ... at least through October .

In addition to extending the late summer schedule (at least Thursday to Monday), would be good to continue fall season to the end of October, rather than ending on Oct 23.

We also need more than 30 minutes time between when the ferry leaves the Pines and the train to Penn leaves Sayville. I would be happy to help Sayville ferry use AI software to build a schedule

This strikes me as a timely request for additional service. Increase in use of our homes later into the season has been the case for a number of seasons now. The trend is clear and rising, and certainly the interest is high from what I can tell--our family for sure. Extending the boat schedule would be fantastic! Thanks, Judy and Kenny, for considering this!

If this season was as successful as I have heard with regard to increased revenue, I don't see this as an unrealistic ask. Please think more "broader" than the off season ferry take. Two way street. Thanks.
