due to the new schedule the inconvenience of only two ferries a day forced us to close our house in october rather than keeping it open till christmas. Leaving no time for repairs or access for others to come and do those in the off season.

Extended ferry times to Cherry Grove are so vital to our community, because it allows businesses to stay open longer, in order to service those who wish to visit during the lovely fall season. As an owner, I personally count on the use of the shoulder season to upgrade my property, as well as enjoy the natural seashore of Fire Island.

Early fall and spring . Let us enjoy our homes and rentals without the dtress. As a business owner I also would like to make money. Can't do that without boats

Extending the late summer schedule through late October would benefit everyone. Times have changed. Houses are now livable in the Fall and people want more access. The current schedule suffocates our community.

Later ferries during the week (esp Tues-Thursday) are essential for workers that work later than 3:30pm

It would make life of the contractor a lot easier to get to work, also it is very unfair to homeowner and renters who have invested so much money to be able to enjoy
Our beautiful fire island

This would also be beneficial to the business owners and contractors who make their living over there. After the ferries stop running we have to drive over and having a longer season is beneficial to us and our clients.

Better service at least through Columbus Day and preferably until the end of October.

Nearly stranded several times. Would be great to not always be rushed to get on the boat home and completely screwed if the eastbound trains are delayed.
