Well this will surely decrease my use of Facebook and my ability to keep in touch with things that mattered to me....bad move FB....And to cut out the "following" list as well. Don't have the time nor energy to search each liked
page one by one. CYA!

FB must bring back the Interest List. It keeps my liked pages in categories for easy tracking. Taking it off without being notified, which I don't understand and was rather outrageous.

The convenience this function used to bring users matters more then the but it brought to follower counts. Please resume the function.

This was the best feature of Facebook! How dare you remove it without telling us! Now my feeds will just be useless! I had organised so many things for my study and work under my education list. Fed up with Facebook!

I had one list for such a long time. Throughout my Dad's long illness I used it as a way to research his various conditions and treatments. When he passed away, it transformed into a grief and bereavement list. There are so many useful pages that it is helpful to have them in a list rather than to try to follow them all in my main newsfeed. To try to do that would keep me from seeing posts from friends and family. Gosh I spent so much time and energy creating these extensive interest lists and now they are just gone. I can't even believe it. Why can't you just freaking leave things alone? What's the big deal to you?

Some people put A LOT of work in those lists. Removing them without warning or a chance to export them somehow borders on the sadistic.

Recently I've noticed the removal of the 'Interests' category from the newsfeed sidebar, only to learn via https://www.facebook.com/help/community/question/… that this was not an accident. I'm sorry to see this excellent feature go. Please reconsider and Bring It Back! Thanks so much."

Looking to simplify my social media experience, I had assigned all my friends to specific lists and all of the pages that I wanted to stay current with onto interest lists - much like the sections of the newspaper. Now they are gone. This was how I preferred to follow things and still keep my newsfeed simple. If it isn't broke, don't fix it! Now I have to try and "fix" the settings on all those pages I DO want to see. Grrrrrrrrrrr.

Most of my family members do not post publicly--I had a "family" that I could click on on left-hand side of page---it's gone and now I cannot read anything posted by my family members!!! I do not like your new "EXPLORE" thing on left-hand side. Why do you have to change things for the worst?!?!??! Why not just leave things alone?!?!
