Coming to our beautiful community of Erwin, Tennessee are two new business ventures that will be both family owned and operated!

Both seek to add value to our community through increased availability of varied and unique dining options for area residents and visitors of Erwin, Unicoi County and surrounding.

Although the name, menu and cooking style is for business purposes TBA, our vision and renovation plan for both properties will include :

1) A renovated food establishment located at 1115 North Main Avenue - formerly known as Greg's Drive In.

2) A new snow cone stand located at 1111 North Main Avenue - the former location of an alternator shop.

The three major property improvements with our plan will include :

1) The cleanup, renovation, interior and exterior re-design, landscaping and re-paving of 1115 North Main Avenue.

2) The razing, landscaping, new paving and snow cone stand addition at 1111 North Main Avenue.

3) Additional drive thru and accessibility improvements for the beautification and accommodation of both locations and future community specific events.

Both buildings will share similar design and color features which can be found below. Primary colors, windows and door locations will be subject to change.

This much anticipated project will be a success for all involved, and will be accomplished through six key initiatives and improvements that include :

1) Addition of two much needed locally owned and operated businesses to our community.

2) Rejuvenation of two longtime blighted commercial properties located within town limits.

3) Creation of additional local jobs while keeping dollars paid / spent within our community.

4) Increasing new and varied dining and dessert options for area residents and visitors alike.

5) Improving property aesthetics and ultimately value along the North Main Avenue corridor.

6) Attraction of more businesses and entrepreneurs to the area once this venture with town leadership and area residents is accomplished.
