thank you for this, its so disrespectful when people use that word.
My cousin has down syndrome and this word hurts. hope people start thinking before they speak.
so tired of hearing it in the hallways, thanks for speaking up

From a personal point of view, my brother who past away had autism. Therefor, I am adamant in enforcing the end to the R-word. Everyone should treat everyone with kindness.
