I work better from Home. Have to now work 3 days in the office is stressing. It might as well be full time in office. I don't enjoy the thought of having no assigned cubicle and also having to share it. Working in office and living in two different states, does nothing but waste more of my time and effort to ensure time is charged correctly while nearly doubling the codes I will have to use.

I feel people adapt out of necessity. Working from home was a necessary step due to what was going on globally. As a global company, we went above and beyond all expectations and thrived. WINW set us apart from our competitors and I believe we all saw this as the 'new normal'. I would love to keep it and let those that need additional interaction find their 'new normal'. Thank you

I was hired as a remote worker, with no sign of being it remote only temporary. I do not see a value in coming to an office where there is nobody from my team and I still have to use MS Teams to conduct a meeting. Most of my team is spread from coast to coast. Office setting can be distracting.

I have way too many kids to work in an office.

I know that in the past 3 years we are working remotely became working in new ways with a lot of advantages. We did all the surveys and polls even comparing our revenues from the past years and the end results are outstanding. I'm just having a little hard time accepting the new policy. It's like a shotgun firing instantly to the employees. Not even consulting it first before mandating this change. Are we still important? Do we still have a voice? I don't know how I will be proud as ASPIRE Graduate if the mission, vision, and core values of the company are not any more important due to this issue. I'm hoping this petition will hear us..

We need flexibility in implementing RTO for remote and mobile employees. Most of the senior staff is virtual for regional offices and it would be unfair to enforce RTO for mid and entry level staff. We also lose opportunity to hire talented remote professionals. Please request a re-survey before enforcing RTO. Thank you.

I looked for and accepted this position as a remote worker. Working from home enables me to devote increased dedication to my job while also giving me more personal free time, and better supports my health and safety in many ways.

This is clearly a decision that is not made in the interest of our employee owners.

I believe that we have been very effective and can continue to be while working remotely without a forced return to the office. We can find creative ways to have in-person engagement of new professionals without causing negative impacts to many professionals' lives.

I was hired as a virtual employee and was not told this would not change. This change has affected me negatively mentally and made me lose trust in the company.

I was hired as remote/mobile. There is no one in my group or department at the local office. There isn't even anyone in a group that I would work with. Do I really need to commute to an office to sit at a desk in a cubicle to speak/meet with folks via MS Teams?

I was hired to be remote. I took this position because of that. I suffer from a mental health disability, and I'm unable to work in an office setting. This policy has greatly affected my mental health, and I'm considering seeking new employment.

I now care my my Mother at the end stage of Alzheimer's. I need to work from my home office to also be in the house with Mom. My productivity has increased and my team is in PA not in P-building.

I support this and agree completely. I would also add that the RTO roll out has also negatively impacted employee morale in a big way.

I no longer believe that BV values our inputs as so-called “owners”, as our ( the majority of the “owners”) inputs have been ignored over and over again throughout this tyrannical RTO initiative process!

27% of the Engineering Leads on my project are planning to seek new employment due to this policy.

There are many ways we can immerse employees in the company culture without mandating a blanket return to office policy. Let the employee owners offer suggestions they feel will work for everyone.
