This is appalling behaviour from anyone, let alone from someone who is supposed to be responsible for the development of children's minds. You owe the community an apology.

Disgraceful conduct. As a York Region resident, I am outraged and demand to have this behaviour removed from the leadership responsible for guiding our youth.

We can not tolerate discrimination in any form. This is a country striving for equality and respect for all. We must never let discrimination be swept under the rug.

I am shocked that this even needs to be discussed. The term she used is abhorrent and she absolutely should not be allowed to keep this position.

As a society, we cannot tolerate any form of racism. I cannot believe that this is even being debated.

Nancy Elgie must resign. Using the derogatory, racially charged "N" word to describe a parent is unfathomable. She is an elected school trustee being compensated by tax payers. She needs to go. Please share and sign.

As an educator she's totally aware of the implications of her actions. We cannot stand for this type of behaviour, we have far surpassed those negetive those offensive titles.
