This is a redundant and unnecessary new layer of government for the Evergreen area. We do not need the proposed "Improvements" and should not have to shoulder the burden for additional taxes.

Just like your house or car, maintenance and upkeep are important. Without it our community simply gets rundown and some areas become unsafe. One penny on a dollar is nothing to take care of the community that has done so much for us.

I don't shop in Golden because of the 3% sales tax and the roundabouts. I will not shop in evergreen if a 1% sales tax is imposed & roundabouts are built on 74. They obstruct traffic and cause more congestion.
