The parking situation is the only downside to visiting Eyecare Consultants. This solution is long overdue.

As a worker at vision source eye care consultants I hear the complaints of our patients who are frustrated by not being able to find parking. Several of us workers park across the street to give our patients more parking and have several times come close to being hit by vehicles crossing the street in all weather to get to work. As a consumer I go to places with easy access and avoid places with to much traffic and hassle, most patients continue to come to our office because they love the atmosphere and wonderful service but who knows how many patients and business we have lost due to agitation of the parking lot. Please help our business continue to thrive.

Businesses should be allowed to provide adequate parking or anything else to enhance their services to the public ON THEIR OWN PROPERTY. As I understand it, Eyecare Consultants have purchased property to provide their customers safety while doing business with Eyecare. The parking lot proposed will not infringe upon homeowners' properties. The homeowners were aware when they built or moved to their homes that they were adjoining commercial property in one of the busiest neighborhoods in Centennial. This private parking lot will ease Eyecare's access and further the business purpose, as well as provide safety for all.
