Creation of a committee for Women in Neurosurgery within the EANS

I plan to maybe one day become a neurosurgeon. Maybe even go to Europe as one. I am a male, but I support women!

Long overdue. We need this for the next generation of residents.

I feel that the committee for women in neurosurgery would play important role in motivating and supporting the female participation in development of neurosurgery.

It is about time! Count me in.

Excellent step forward for equality in our field. Hope to see real changes at the next congress.
