E2 Treaty Investor Visa Holders = JOB CREATORS

I am an American that works for this company and will be unemployed if Visa is denied.

I am E2 visa holder here in US for 11 years have created US employees more then 50 job....love to be here in this country

E2 Visa holders are investing and creating jobs for US citizens. They deserve to be able to apply for GC.

Have been here in the USA nearly 18 years. Overall Investment of over $1,500,000 since arriving. Have a US citizen son, who's parents have to continually leave the country to stay legal. Employ 6 American citizens and pay approx. $100, 000 per year in taxes. Do you think after all this, we should have the right to a Green Card?

We came to the US in 2007 on an E2 visa and started a Maid Service. We now have 36 employees and in 2015 became Franchisors.

We employ 3 full time staff and use numerous vendors in our local area. We also employ part time students out of technical institutes to give them real job training. We have two young children who consider this home. This is our 3rd year on a E2 visa.

We need to fix this, 24 years in this country and no rights to become citizens... come on.

No illegal immigrants on this list. Just "Legals" who are discriminated against by the US government

Please understand that we are legal immigrants that have come to the USA to realize the American dream by investing our life savings, in most cases, working extremely hard, following the letter of every law, and employing American citizens at our earliest opportunity.

We, E2 visa holder are people who heavily invested in US, create jobs for US citizens, lawful and devoted residents in US and contribute constantly to US economy, Please treat us with respect and open the route to green card and citizenship. Our children have been lived since young age and see themselves as American than others, however currently they have to leave the country they've grown up when they are 21. This is very unfair!

We create hundreds of jobs for US citizens! Protect this visa and the visa holders it represents.

Sirs, I wish to add my concern over the current E2 Visa situation. I am a small business owner and have owned a home in Central Florida for over 20 years. I have owned and operated a business for 10 of those years. As a start up business I had to invest everything I owned in the UK to get it up and running. It is now a successful operation and employs 12 local residents and uses a number of local suppliers on a daily basis. I understand the great need for security and the prevention of unwanted guests to the US but as an honest tax paying individual contributing to the economy in many ways I find the E2Visa situation both disappointing and concerning. As I am unsure every 5 years whether the legislation will change and my visa be revoked I am unable to lay down long term investments and am prevented from taking my business to its fullest potential as the uncertainty is overwhelming. I strongly urge and implore you to embark upon a road of green card fulfillment to those of us who have made our homes here thorough investment and hard work.
