E2 Treaty Investor Visa Holders = JOB CREATORS

I lived in the US for 19 years and then I had to move abroad and leave my family. My parents have invested their money ,talents and employed americans for 20 years with no guarantee for their or our future .

I own a restaurant on an E2 visa and employ 16 us citizens

I personally worked with Bob, an E2 visa holder, and the experience was the best time of my life! This man and his wife employ a dozen people and are literally the best people I know.

We create jobs for Americans, we pay Federal & State Taxes, Unemployment, Medicare & Social Security Taxes and yet we are entitled to nothing as are our US born children. If we were illegally here we would be entitled to more!!! How is this fair???

I have been here 11 years and give employment to 6 American Citizens while having no security here for me or my family. Two of my children have had to leave the family home and now live abroad because they have "aged out". Allowing us to apply for a green card would give us the stability we need and give us the confidence to expand our business further and employ more Americans.

we have had an E2 visa since june 2008 and employ 4 full time american employees! My middle 2 children moved back to England in 2009 as they realized they would not be able to remain in the us as residents and we would not be able to retire here. It has split our family and made it very difficult for us.

People who invest money time and lives and want to embrace their new Country should be allowed to become part of the community they have helped build

The regulations around the E2 visa are nonsense, especially looking at the fact that people having an E2 visa are investing in the welfare of the US, providing jobs and paying taxes, while missing the security of being able to permanently locate themselves & family in the US. This has to be changed!

They create jobs and pay taxes in your country but they feel threatened each time they renew their visas

I employ 500 people in my E2 business. I have invested time and money in order to create jobs for Americans. Please allow us LEGAL immigrants to apply for Green Cards so we can stay in the US and continue to provide employment for Americans.

We should have the same rights to get a Greencard. We invest so much money in our business and give jobs to Americans.
