The Croatian goverment recently added drastic mesures for flying drones inside the country borders witch are not sustainable for professionals, with this petition we want Croatian gov. to take into consideration us professionals who are registered and take every safety mesurment before flying the drone. We know this law is good for general public who doesn't register their drone nor do they know safety mesurments. The law states that we need to report our every flight 15 days (or even more depending on location) before and this is just not possible for us, we would love to find a common ground with the law, so please sign this petition if you agree with us

The volume of support has reached a level that allows us to request a formal meeting with the Ministry of the Sea, Transport and Infrastructure. We are currently drafting a proposal to address the flight notification timeline and will submit it for review by the end of the week.

Dosta nepoštenom određivanju zakona, bez savjetovanja sa stručnjacima!!!!!!!!!!!
Uredbu o snimanju iz zraka treba promijeniti i prilagoditi svijetu u kojem živimo. Trenutno važeća uredba izgleda kao da je sastavljena 50-ih ili 60-ih godina prošlog stoljeća.
I just wish I can fly freely with my models without worrying to get a 3330€ fine because I love my hobby. :(

Apsolutno sam za regulaciju letova dronovima, ali i za ukidanje nepotrebnih i tesko ispunjivih regulativa koje se odnose na snimanje iz zraka
morali bi oni nama platiti što prvi gledaju snimke naše preljepe zemlje koje smo snimili
Zakon o snimanju iz zraka DGU-a treba ukinut jer takav je u direktnoj suprotnosti sa demokratskim nacelima i slobodama ljudi! Tko ce meni zabraniti snimiti ljepote mog kraja iz zraka ako mi je Agencija za civilno zrakoplovstvo dala dozvolu da letim! koji bezobrazluk! Neces ti strateskih vaznosti nase male "turisticke" zemlje. Koga oni zajebavaju!

The law is apsurd. It is created to protect seeing crucial buildings and military facilities..... the same ones you can see via Google maps, OpenView, etc.... It's restricting the hobby and development of young people interested in technology, science and aviation.
