Diablo must close as scheduled. Hold to the regulations for earthquake safety. Do not extend the life of this dangerous nuclear plant.

I believe we can’t have any nuclear power stations in California. It is not worth to sacrifice human lives because of saving money or control global warming.

Wasting money on a 40-year old plant on an earthquake fault is STUPID!

This country is on the verge of civil war. As we've seen in the Ukraine, nuclear plants provide opportunities for nuclear *blackmail* by the worst elements. Diablo Canyon is a bomb, waiting for someone to deliberately sabotage or destroy it.

I objected to this nuclear plant when I lived in Southern California. I continue to oppose Diablo Canyon and every other nuclear power plant for one huge reason: THERE IS NO SAFE WAY TO DISPOSE OF NUCLEAR WASTE!

The 1976 moratorium decided: no more nuclear power for California. Let's keep it this way. California should lead the nation for clean energy, not more dirty nuclear energy.

Please put the Diablo out of it's misery. Close it as planned or sooner.

It does not make economic sense to keep Diablo Canyon nuclear plant open. To keep it open is to drain funds from the less expensive and truly clean energy sources.

Increase the commitment to safe energy efficiency and demand response measures, not unsafe and expensive nuclear power.

Time to shut this boondoggle and cart away the spent fuel.
