Dina Hsu has been a wonderful addition at SGVMC over the last year. She is a valuable resource for many of our nursing staff. Dina has provided support that has been vital in maintaining open communication and encouraging the best of all of our new graduate nurses. New graduates are the future of the hospital, for we are passionate about providing quality care to our patients. I feel that majority of us new graduates are still working at SGVMC partially because of her services and support. Please consider maintaining Dina's position within SGVMC.

I really did not think this would gain this much steam but here we are and seeing how many people rely on Dina just proves she belongs here. It is actually overwhelming to read all these stories from the staff because it reminds me that we are not just shouting into the void about this.

Dina is an asset to SGVMC. She helps all new grads and existing nurses with questions and assists with any crosstraining to other units. It will be a big mistake for the SGVMC family to lose such an important professional.
Dina has been a big support during my transition in the new grad program. Words cannot describe the amount of help she’s given me. If I’m lost and have questions, she will always try her best to find an answer for me.

I’ve never seen someone soooo dedicated as much as Ms Dina in participating with any events of SGVMC. I don’t think she ever sleeps, hahaha but kidding aside she is also very reliable, a resource and valuable. I’m deeply grateful for all her efforts especially in helping new grads transition.
