I strongly agree that the wooden fences are a disgrace to the community. The community is looking awful recently.
If the millions dollar homes can have vinyl and aluminum fence so should we.

8300 Diamond Cove Circle would support this request to update the HOA. We are surrounded by half million dollar homes that have PVC fence and the change would make the property value better and appearance over time. Time for change!

8420 Diamond Cove Circle would like to help our neighborhood get current upgrades to bring our property value up and appearance in Dr Phillips. We are surrounded by half million dollar homes and higher that have the PVC fencing in there HOA. Changes need to happen on our HOA to be compatible with surrounding neighborhoods.
