I've been playing the game for about as long as it was released.
I've never spent money on the game and it seems like you NEED to spend money to get a little bonus on your gaming experience.
There are no actual offers or rewards that actually helps spenders and non-spenders.
For example:
-No daily login/loyalty rewards
I can speak for everyone when talking about loyalty rewards. There should be a special gear reward for loyalty rewards. This game is extremely good but it's also fading.
-Faction players using other's Team Leaders
For every 8 people who use your team leader you will be rewarded a BASIC token! *celebrates* ... I don't need basic tokens.
-Coins
Coins are very important in this game and I feel that I'm being taken advantage of. Plenty of people buy coins with their money only to receive a 3* character.
There should be a daily coin tracker for every login you get credit for a week. At then end of the week you should receive at least 50-100 coins for logging in every day at the end of the week.
-Odds
The odds in this game is unrealistic. There's no actual percentage to understand the concept of a "2x chance" to win a 4* character. That is taking advantage of players, the odds are worse than random. We should at least be told the actual chance of getting a 4* or 5* character.
This petition is only to inform Scopely and let them know how much they don't listen or even care about their players

Scopely continues to ignore the blatant greed of their rigged reward system while thousands of players get nothing but junk characters for their hard earned money. They think they can hide behind vague odds and silence but this petition proves just how fed up the community truly is.

totally agree as someone who payed thousands, something gotta change for both p2p and f2p
Scopely, your pay to win model that you have going is ruining the game. Change the tokens, so that elite weapon and character tokens give us a 4* or higher guaranteed. Sick to death of 3* characters.
It has become extremely pay to win. The elements were there before, but not nearly as bad as it is now and it seems to be getting worse. The first nail in the coffin was the team cost max being increased. That completely rendered all 3* useless and made it so people have to buy 5* to even compete for top tanks now. Stop thinking about your wallets and think about ALL your players.
I spent a lot of money on the game to, I always end up with 3 stars characters that are repeated. In fact once i opened 30 boxes and 15 of them were 3 stars shane, and the rest were all 3 stars. Its ridiculous. I stopped spending any money on this game because their support suck to. Whenever i contact them they make no effort to make me feel a valuable customer and at some point they stopped responding all together. I am really disappointed in these developers, they couldve had one of the best games but they keep finding news ways for user to spend money just to make it or even just to upgrade the characters you already have...
I actually have been playing since day one and have spent money, that being said ive never pulled higher than 3* and everything good i had to earn, i love this game alot so please just reward us loyal players with something, either better odds for 5* characters or alot more free coins, i would love to own at least one within a year (my estimate on how long it will take me to get one through the supply depot)
False advertisement Miss leading events Horrible customer service who lies to you when you have proof of in game issues stating that there wasn't an issue and refuses to reimburse or compensate you even showing evidence. Then makes up stories that don't exist. Shut this game down

Scopely really need to fix their game. They see festivals/holidays as a perfect time to send out unfair promos and deals. They are also violating the Apple Inc. Terms and Conditions with the alarmingly low chances with the 5* characters. As soon as I thought the game was gonna be finally be fair with the supply depots joining the game, they made it incredibly impossible to gain ANY ideals characters. Basically a 5* character is worth 140 4* characters! Outrageous. I can not simply quit this game because I have simply given up way too much time and effort in this game. They BETTER fix it or justice will be served cold.
