Disney Cruise Line's New Carry On Alcohol Policy - Remove the policy or add liquor and grandfather in PIF customers! #DCLprohibitiongate2015

Please reconsider the proceeding policy changes.

I am nearly a Castaway Club Platinum member, but I may never achieve that status if this new policy stays in effect

Please reconsider - this is making sailing with Disney prohibitively expensive.

I paid for my cruise, along with 9 other people, with the knowledge we could take on liquor, please advise.... Can I get get back my five room balcony a fees?

One 750 ml bottle of any type of liquor should be allowed per person since diabetics shouldn't drink beer and need an alternative to wine.

I believe this rule should be enforced for future bookings not released yet. Our cruise is currently PIF. One of the reasons we were willing to pay the extra expense of DCL was due to their liberal liquor policy. If we had known, we would be cruising on a different cruise line this November, we are a family of 5 that has to pay a premium rates also because DCL doesn't have inside rooms to accommodate our family which is another expense we overlooked.

While I will not argue the merits of this policy (I can choose to book with DCL or not), I am already past my PIF date for one cruise. This policy should allow for those already past their PIF date to be grandfathered. After that, your customers can choose to decide if the new policy affects them enough to forgo booking another cruise with your company.

Changing policies is one thing, but for future cruises that aren't being booked yet. We paid under the assumption it would be the same alcohol policy as our last cruise...and now we can't even bring liquor...which means we are forced to pay for the over priced drinks on the boat. That's not acceptable.

I hate beer! I'm allergic to the sulfites in wine. I don't drink soda. I should be allowed a bottle of my alcohol of choice.

I think the whole rule should be on for trips that are not scheduled yet

This is very unfair

We don't drink wine or beer, and usually bring ONE bottle of liqueur to enjoy on the ship. We also purchase various alcoholic beverages while onboard the ships. As we will now be precluded from enjoying our alcoholic drink of choice, we no longer see the point of purchasing any alcohol while onboard the ships. Our next cruise will be the last one we'll be able to enjoy with our evening sip of Bailey's. Our future cruises will probably be 'dry' cruises. Sorry DCL- if we can't bring one bottle of our preferred liqueur, we won't be buying any from ships stores either. More money saved for us, and less to go into the cruise line coffers!!

The former policy was just one that set DCL apart from the other cruise lines. We don't drink wine or beer, but we do enjoy liqueurs. Although we'd bring ONE bottle with us for the cruise, we'd also purchase alcoholic beverages from the cruise line. If we can't bring our own bottle, we won't be drinking alcohol at all. Sorry DCL- more $$ for us!!

Disney has always gone above & beyond industry standards -they were never known for "just meeting them" . . .

Please reconsider the ban. Even if every adult can bring one bottle of liquor

This change is much like a used car dealers "bait and switch" scam..

My families cruise is PIF for the beginning of October. We already purchased mini bottles for gifts that are now a waste of money. And what happens if you don't drink wine or beer?? This policy needs to be looked over again..
