Loud noise for the duration of the procession is very troublesome. It is a health hazard especially for children and old people.
I've seen old people's blood pressure rise to dangerous levels.
Apart from this, it's not suitable for a place like Pune which prides itself of being "सुसंस्कृत"!!

The DJ noise levels go several times more than the permissible levels and are deafening. Also the vulgarity of the songs is shameful.
The traditional dhol tasha or such traditional music is welcome.
I vote against the DJ and loud speakers

DJ sounds are for a day! Dhol Tasha pathak and their practice is for a month. Signing this petition to also put restriction limitation of Dhol Tasha pathak and request the pathak to practice in a space which is not near by hospital, old age home and residential area.

Dj, speakers should he stopped as it not only harms the environment but also affects humans, due to its high frequency vibrations and volume there is maximum number of heart attacks happening which is the sadest part and should take under consideration and raise an action against it

Right decision.
We should BAN DJs, Sound Walls & Lasers in our Festivals.
We should even cut down permission to Ganesh Mandals limiting it to ONLY 1000 / 2000 so that visarjan can be completed on Anant Chaturdashi only.

DJ is nonsense. Due to loud music it is difficult to live in houses.
