There should be complete ban on use of loud noise producing audio systems and laser beams irrespective of any occasion. If anybody found using such systems, it should be immediately confiscated at that moment only along with hefty fines and cases should be filed with the police station. Most importantly, if this law is passed, then utmost importance should be given to its implementation by concerned authorities. Otherwise the law will be there on paper only.

This petition for banning speakers in public spaces is a great initiative. In recent years festivals have become synonymous to loud djs and speakers. This creates a nuisance for not only those who want to celebrate festivals for religious/cultural/social significance but also for the general public. A strict action needs to be taken immediately.
