DJ and Dolby sound speakers should be either banned or decibal levels strictly controlled in Maharashtra and all other states of India. The silence zones in cities must be protected against menace of DJs. Hospitals, schools, residential areas are not supposed to be disturbed. Government should designate certain DJ speakers free zones. DJ dolby speaker walls should be restricted to some auditoriums with soundproofing. Follow supreme court guidelines properly and hold police accountable for implementation of noise pollution rules under Air Pollution control Act.

No DJ should have more power than traditional Dhol-Tasha pathak. That is nit our culture. We should ban all these non-traditional things from cultural events.

Yes DJ should get stopped in this procession as the Festival of Ganesh Chaturthi was started to get people together in a traditional manner to do Bhakti and Seva of lord Ganesha and by playing loud music is just insulting the tradition. We should all stand with the Kalaawant Trust.
