What's the point of a rulebook if you have a rule which effectively says you can decide what you want, regardless of what the rest of the rules state?

As a life long Speedway Fan and also a Panthers fan, this seems to be yet another ridiculous decision by the BSPA. The Promoters wonder why new fans don't watch the sport, yet when rules change with to apparent reason and other clubs effectively decide who can and can't be side it continues to be a thoroughly unprofessional sport.

I give up on Speedway. Yet again it kicks itself in the foot. I have been a supporter for 47 years but that is it. Its run by a bunch of complg. It run bu a bunch of complete idiots who just want to dump the sport in the rubbish bin...and they are succeeding. "National Stadium" joke if followed by this. Couldn't run a piss up in a brewery
