i have gone through this countless time. I was with someone for 12 years and we broke up 3 years ago and havent been in contact since. well i started dating someone new and he called cps on me because he was butt hurt. this has to stop.

These kidnappers need to be stopped

No more anonymous calls or online

I despise cps

Too many false accusations are being made and too many children's live being uprooted

Because none of us are safe fro. These creatures!! Hide your children if you must- they do way more harm than good!!!

Cps needs to stop destroying families

Back in 2013 false allegations were made against my husband. We fought cps for almost years, did everything the judge asked us to do, which wasn't made court ordered til March of this year. We get a certified letter in the mail signed by the judge saying the case has been closed last month & now I've been told that the fbss worker that was handling the case never fully closed the case properly before she resigned & now they're wanting to come into my home to fix the their mistakes. Do i have to let them in

Child Protective Services can take your children too. CPS has come to believe they are above the law and the Constitution, that they do not need a search warrant to come into your home, label you as a child abuser for any reason and make you a criminal based upon their opinion alone, take your children away in a paddy wagon, and put your kids into foster homes pending a court hearing where CPS will try their best to win and permanently take custody of your kids. If CPS loses, they will continue to fight you, slandering your family and listing you as a child abuser in government databases. CPS is an abusive government agency spiraling completely out of control. It’s time to shut them down.

I also think u shall be able to have record of at least what the report says because u have every right to deny there allagations

Families are being abused by State CPS and Family Courts through out the United States of America, this is a major issue that needs to be addressed, Families that have had their civil rights violated through family court proceedings and the fact that all due process and constitutional rights are violated and manipulated by family court judges, District Attorneys, and Commissioners of /social services departments as well as CPS workers, and court appointed attorneys that are not working for the clients but have helped incriminate parents. Also of extreme interest, is obtaining names/phone/location of CPS workers who are falsifying or have falsified documents in court and who have lied in a court setting. The people of New York State and the People of the United States of America demand a full investigation of all departments, and the termination of department until further the people also wish to sue for government entrapment as well as a suit brought against the case workers, family court judges, and district lawyers. The People through discovery have found:1. The imbalance of funding is creating corruption2. Corruption has filtered through all manner of government and related agencies3. Judicial decisions violate the public trust4. Laws are created and passed that give parens patriae unlimited power not provided by the Constitution5. The pendulum has swung to create a monopoly strategy of funding extracted from dwindling Social Services that have been set up to help families in need is devastating families across America6. Children's lives are at stake while in the care of government funded agencies, such as rape, sexual abuse, physical abuse and neglect, mental abuse, and statistics show our children are being killed while in government placements out side of the parental home/or close relatives 7. Never let them in your house. An anonymous tip is never probably cause for a warrant. They must investigated the tip first

Native there can be something created in which the caller/accuser can complete that will have a series of questions in which red flags become more evident. It is too easy with the presence of anonymity in the game. I don't know for sure however something is necessary for weeding out the possessive, controlling abusers just out to get their ex! It's all about the money! b Everyone knows it, however not all stand against it!

too many children are traumatized by cps following false leads and ripping them away form good homes on false accusations. the people making the false calls as well as the cps caseworkers who rip the children away need to be held responsible for their actions.
