It's nice to be able to sign a happy petition for once. Please do this Cardiff Council. It will give people who walk past just a little chuckle to brighten their day.

Please do this Cardiff council - a little beacon of light and Cardiff fun and character in what has been a bleak 18 months or so and make a great start/stop for all those tourist tours too!
