Rush hour and school hour commuters are speeding and running stop signs on the streets to the west of Carpenter Elementary and Bridges Academy in Studio City, CA. Low profile speed humps and 15 MPH guidance signs are laughable.
Make your voice heard. Raise awareness and petition the city to install more effective speed bumps and stop sign enforcement.
